- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- 3⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 lbs halibut fillets (or really ANY white fish)
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Combine crumbs, cheese and salt.
- Dip filets in combined eggs and milk, then coat with crumb mixture.
- Place in greased 9X13″ pan and bate at 425 degrees fo 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
